UMS72 at Current

Isabel Bereczky, Perth's most famous and least qualified forensic artist, recently hosted the opening night for her new exhibition. The installation was at the new Current gallery, an offshoot of The Naval Store in Fremantle. I performed 3 hours of live ambient music in the space outside the exhibition, combining layers of Hydrasynth and looping, warping field recordings whilst Isabel served drinks & viewers stood around chatting. My first ambient gig! definitely looking forward to exploring what i can do with this kind of setup in the future.
